Safety and Productivity
If for any I feel that my personal safety is endangered enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the customer, guests of the customers or others at the job site, the customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job. I need to be able to work freely and without distractions. Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but I cannot assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning your home. This includes children and pets. Be advised that if I am subject to distractions, that affect my ability to work in my normal fashion or speed I reserve the right to charge for my extra time spent in the home. In cases of extremely cluttered areas or surfaces I reserve the right to use my discretion to skip those areas to avoid damaging items.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to me. While I do not offer refunds on services that have been provided, I will re-clean any areas of concern that are reported to me within 24 hours from time when service was rendered. When reported I will schedule to come out and fix any issues ASAP. If you don’t allow me back you are giving up your right to a remedy.
Cancellation Policies
If you have any changes, please call/text me as soon as possible at (385)-602-1212. Future scheduled cleanings remain unchanged unless requested to change. If I can not gain access to your home, I will make every attempt to contact you, and wait no more than 20 minutes.
Arrival Windows
I strive to deliver your service in a timely manner. Due to unpredictability of inconveniences, traffic, and weather, appointment times are just an estimate. I will keep you updated if I know I am running late or rare occasion I may need to reschedule.
Payments
Payment is expected the day of the cleaning. Cash and Venmo are accepted forms of payment.
Accounts not paid within 1 week of service are presented with a $25 late fee, accounts not paid within 2 weeks of service are presented with a $50 late fee. In the event an account required legal or collections action, the client agrees to pay all costs of collection, with our limitations for reasonable attorney fees. Interest on past due amount, court costs, and all collection costs.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SECURED PROPERLY OR THAT WERE DAMAGED PRIOR TO MY CLEANING. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, any type of floating shelves, etc.) Curio or nick-knack items of extreme value, monetary or sentimental should be stored away in a safe place. All surfaces (i.e. Marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed to be properly sealed and ready to clean without causing harm when common cleansers are used.
